Lentequip has partnered with fibre optic leader Census Digital of Toronto to accessorize our new fibre optic reels! What better way to start than with their industry leading bi-directional transceivers. When used in conjunction with the LR-4ST61 cable reel, conversion between HD and fibre is a breeze. Various configurations allow for signals to flow bi-directionally along the length of the reel.

The NLX-1 & NLX-2 from Census Digital provides a cost effective miniature solution to transmit and receive 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals over single mode fibre optic cable using LC or ST connectors at distances up to 10km.

The units accepts one SDI signal on a BNC connector and provides one optical output of this signal on an LC or ST connector over single mode cable with a 1310 nm wavelength.

The NLX-1 & NLX-2 also provides one SDI fibre optic input on an LC connector with a wavelength range of 1270 nm to 1610 nm and offers one output of this signal on a BNC connector.

The NLX-1 & NLX-2 provides reclocking of both the incoming and outgoing SDI signals on the BNC connectors. LED indicators provide a GREEN status indication to show that the reclockers are locked to a valid SDI signal or a RED status indicating the absence of a valid SDI signal.

The NLX-1 & NLX-2 is powered by the included external universal AC adapter with locking DC connector or order the optional USB power cable for a complete DC based power solution using our SafeTap to USB charger sold separately.
